Job description

Overview Razor is supporting a rapidly growing Databricks practice with dozens of funded openings supporting both commercial and federal programs for our client. Demand is significantly outpacing available talent, and we are actively seeking hands-on Databricks Engineers / Developers who are ready to contribute immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with strong real-world Databricks platform experience who enjoy building scalable data and analytics solutions in cloud environments. Education & Certification Requirements * Bachelor's degree preferred * Databricks Professional Certification strongly preferred Clearance Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance TS candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Remote Requirements Primarily remote Occasional client travel may be required Responsibilities * Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytics workflows, and reporting solutions within Databricks * Build scalable data processing solutions using Apache Spark and Databricks tools * Support ingestion, transformation, and optimization of structured and unstructured data * Create dashboards, analytics models, and reporting capabilities for business and mission users * Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and client teams to deliver modern data solutions * Participate in troubleshooting, tuning, and performance optimization efforts * Support Agile delivery teams in fast-paced environments Qualifications * 2-3 years of hands-on Databricks experience * Direct experience working within the Databricks platform in production environments * Strong experience with Apache Spark and at least one of the following: Python, SQL, or Scala * Experience building analytics, reporting, or data engineering solutions * Ability to work independently in client-facing environments * Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Desired Skills * Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams * Comfort working in fast-moving delivery environments with immediate project demand Razor is an EEO Employer Razor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
