Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Databricks Engineer with expertise in AWS cloud services and scalable data platform architecture. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Databricks infrastructure, develop data pipelines, and implement improvements for performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Databricks infrastructure on AWS
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Implement performance, security, and cost-efficiency improvements
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services
• Experience with cluster management and scalable data platform architecture
• Proficiency in Spark, Delta Lake, Terraform, and CI/CD automation
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred:
• Additional certifications in AWS or related technologies
• Experience with other cloud platforms
• Knowledge of data security best practices
