We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Warehouse & Data Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, optimization, and governance of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for managing data engineering teams, architecting scalable data warehouse solutions, and enabling business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics across the organization.

What you will do:
  • Lead and mentor teams of data engineers, ETL developers, BI developers, and data architects.
  • Define and execute enterprise data warehouse and data engineering strategy.
  • Design and maintain enterprise data lakes, lakehouse architectures, and cloud analytics platforms.
  • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting structured and unstructured data.
  • Lead migration initiatives from legacy platforms to modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and operational excellence.
  • Support enterprise BI, reporting, KPI dashboards, and AI/ML initiatives.

What you will need:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, or analytics environments.
  • 3+ years of technical leadership or management experience.
  • Strong expertise with SQL Server, Oracle, ETL development, and enterprise data modeling.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud data platforms.
  • Experience supporting ERP ecosystems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or Dynamics.
