• Orchestration and CI/CD
• Model measurement and experimentation
About the role:
• Use expertise in machine learning, NLP, and other big data techniques to identify and extract insights
from data
• Maintain the platform for data science including shared namespaces, and ensure data availability for
data science downstream teams
• Design and enhance models with a focus on model performance and scalability
• Develop re-deployable model pipelines
• Manage, maintain, and oversee model pipelines on the Databricks platform
• Ensure models meet required security and compliance guidelines, and PII management
• Adhere to Agile development cycles
• Adhere to version control and SDLC best practices
About you:
• Bring 3+ years of experience in data science
• Hold an advanced degree (MS or PhD preferred) in computer science, engineering, statistics,
mathematics, or related field
• Have hands-on experience with and understanding of the following:
o Databricks
o MLFlow
o Strong coding proficiency in Python or other programming languages
o Classic ML frameworks (scikit-learn/XGBoost)
o Understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
