Job description

• Position description:
Designs, manages, and maintains highly complex database(s). Evaluates and optimizes database configuration and access. Resolves database performance and capacity issues.
Performs database recovery and backup. Advises users on access to multiple databases and helps solve data confliction and usage. Provides data modeling, integration, and big data use strategy.
• Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with data analysis, data migration tools, data modelling, data integration, data warehousing, database design, and SQL database/coding.
• 4+ years of experience with providing technical support in the research, experimentation,
• data analysis, and use of systems technology, including architecture and integration capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience with recognizing and identifying potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.
• 2+ years of experience with the ability to manipulate unstructured data from different platforms.
• Minimum Education: A Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of experience and education exceeding the degree/education requirements. Educational background in Data Science is desirable.
• Must be a US Citizen, US Government SECRET clearance
