Job Title: Project Concerns Case Clerk
Location: Aurora, IL 60502
Duration: 2 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday โ Friday, 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Concerns Case Clerk to support warehouse operations by tracking and managing cases related to operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and project concerns. This position will act as a liaison between warehouse teams, quality, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues impacting workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and track cases related to operational or project concerns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect data and implement corrective actions.
Maintain case records and documentation in Excel, ERP systems, or case management tools.
Prepare and update reports on open and resolved cases, resolution timelines, and trends.
Identify recurring issues and escalate to leadership with improvement suggestions.
Ensure all case documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Provide administrative and operational support for warehouse projects impacting case volume.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database or ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow through on open issues.
