Position: Project Manager (Issue & Identity Management)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)(Local)
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa: Client won't be able to sponsor any visa

Skills: Strong PM with RAID and Issue management background, Previous experience in End Point Support, Identity Management, CMDB (Configuration Management Database) projects required 

As a Project Manager, you will own and drive the success of a customer project from start to finish. Responsibilities include participating in project reviews, managing the disposition of issues and project scope changes, managing project plans created collaboratively with you and your project sponsor, and reviewing team project work tasks against objectives to stay on time and on budget. You will provide status and progress reviews to both the customer and the Jade executive team and conduct risk management analysis as well as client management as required. You will proactively seek advice and support from your Jade Project Sponsor and PMO office as needed to ensure full compliance with Jade method and project requirements. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in a full-time Project Management role with proven record of success
  • Consulting experience 
  • Previous formal training in project management preferred, including Agile Alliance, PMI Waterfall, SAFe 6, and PRINCE2 methodologies
  • Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors
  • Experienced in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams and customers
  • Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
  • Able to balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
  • Interested in further growth opportunities and training in Project Management capabilities and methods 

Requirements: 

  • Highly skilled in creation, management, and reporting on project plans and schedules
  • Strong Risk assessment abilities, with RAID and Issue management background
  • Excellent executive presence, able to communicate very well in high-pressure meetings
  • Previous experience in End Point Support, Identity Management, CMDB projects required
