Job description

Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager, Servicing Operations will oversee and drive programs and/or projects for Stellantis Financial Services. The Senior Project Manager, Servicing Operations will be responsible for planning, executing, mitigating risks, and on time delivery of initiatives related to Servicing Operations Change Requests, Servicing Operations Defect Management Process, Letter Vendors, Major Projects to Support Servicing Operations, and Loan Manager Projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passionate drive to deliver results, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of project delivery, including intake, prioritization, business requirements, IT handoff, UAT, and final implementation.
  • Partner with Servicing Operations Business Units and external vendors to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality, on-time implementations, ensuring vendor SOWs and engagement standards are met.
  • Provide servant leadership and coaching, guiding teams on project methodologies and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment, including decision-making, conflict resolution, and active participation in planning and scoping sessions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, providing regular status updates and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Support project financials and resource planning, including budgeting, forecasting, capacity management, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Servicing Operations processes, tools, policies, and documentation, including the management of project artifacts.
  • Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities may change.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience as a project manager
  • Project management experience in IT, Data, and/or Database related projects.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, project management, or IT related field

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Strong project management expertise, with a solid understanding of processes, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate challenges and remove obstacles before they impact delivery.
  • Strong sense of accountability and leadership, with experience supervising teams and driving decision-making.
  • Collaborative team player, experienced in high-level environments that promote teamwork and shared success.
  • Proficient in project and development tracking tools, including Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a plus
  • Understanding database planning, Enterprise Data Warehousing, and design concepts
  • Experience with financial data mapping.
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology.
