Job Description

Mandatory Skills:
Financial Industry Experience is Mandatory.
.10 to 15 years experience in technical project management role, with a focus on infrastructure, network or application migration projects
Experience with MQ messaging and networking
Experience working with Relational databases/DB2
Knowledge of infrastructure platform technologies (Linux)
Strong understanding of perimeter and core infrastructure security, including an excellent understanding of web, server, messaging and database platforms
Excellent program management skills
Accomplishments in policy/standards development, project management.
Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and project reviews
Excellent business acumen with a strong ability to map business requirements to technical solutions
Solid and demonstrable comprehension of Information Security including vulnerability & compliance management, Data Loss Protection [DLP]
Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community
Ability to drive and craft senior level reporting and metrics
Ability to build a strong people network within a large organization - effecting change and communicating clearly
Solid understanding of technology, operations, and business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Experience in Financial / banking applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
