 JOB SUMMARY: 
Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Database Marketing Supervisor is responsible for the execution of all components of the Direct Mail program. Including, offer development, list segmentation, targeting strategy, test and control methodologies, and back-end analysis of all campaigns. The database supervisor is responsible for developing, testing, refining, and implementing database marketing strategies. The Database Marketing Supervisor is responsible for monitoring marketing segmentation with attention to ROI based on database response analysis. The Database Marketing Supervisor conducts direct marketing analysis including response modeling, guest profiling and segmentation, and other database marketing analysis projects on both a pre-defined and ad hoc schedule. The database administrator will assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively under the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago gaming commission and the Winnebago tribal council. 

JOB DUTIES: 
1. Responsible for the execution of all components of the Direct Mail program.
2. Including but not limited to list pulls, segmentation, reinvestment, and the systematic creation and attachment of incentives. 
3. Develop, test, refine, implement, and monitor marketing segmentation strategies with attention to ROI based on database response analysis. 4. Conducts direct marketing analytics including response modeling, player profiling and segmentation, needs analysis, predictive modeling, and other types of quantitative and qualitative strategic business analysis. 
5. Develop comprehensive monthly reports on database segmentation, player profile analysis, and campaign performance. 
6. Analyzes performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in rich. 
7. Uses data and analytics to help develop actionable strategic recommendations to maximize campaign success. 
8. Helps prepare professional presentations for dissemination of information analyzed. 
9. Read, understand, and adhere to Winnebago Gaming Compact and Winnebago Tribe Gaming Code and Personnel Rules and Regulations. 10. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management. 
11. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned. 

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
1. High School diploma or GED required. 
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
3. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. 
4. Must possess analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. 
5. Ability to research and persuade. 
6. Leadership skills and abilities. 
7. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. 
8. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation. 
9. Must be able to obtain a Winnebago Gaming Commission License. 
10. Bi-cultural experience preferred. 
11.Native American preference. 

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT 
1. Must have a telephone. 
2. Must possess a valid driver’s license. 
3. Independent problem-solving skills; flexibility to meet tight deadlines. 
4. Must possess excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. 
5. Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. 
6. Must be able to work in close spaces while working with others. 
7. Must be able to handle excessive noise while working. 
8. Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $74,800.00 per year
