Weโ€™re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Database Management to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA or New York, NY
In this role, youโ€™ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust database management solutions by leveraging expertise in database technologies to support dynamic business needs. 
  • Ensure database performance, security, and reliability by establishing comprehensive monitoring and optimization protocols. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database strategies with organizational goals, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Develop and enforce database policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, weโ€™re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience.
  • Experience managing and supporting Oracle database management systems in development, test, and production.
  • Financial Services experience.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills in database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
