Job description

Real Estate Agent - No Experience Required, High Commission Split

You do not need years of experience to build a successful real estate career. You need the right team, the right systems, and the right habits from day one.

We are growing and have an immediate opening for a motivated individual who is ready to learn this business the right way and build an income that grows with their effort. Newly licensed agents and those actively working toward their license are both welcome to apply.

Why agents choose us:

  • High commission split — one of the best in the industry

  • Coaches who are actively closing deals and teaching what works right now

  • Proven daily systems that eliminate guesswork and keep you productive

  • Flexible hours with part-time and full-time options

  • A team culture where accountability and collaboration are real, not just words

A typical week looks like this:

  • Prospecting and following up with potential buyers and sellers every day

  • Booking appointments and moving clients through the pipeline consistently

  • Attending live coaching sessions that sharpen your skills every week

  • Managing your database and tracking your numbers so you always know where you stand

  • Closing transactions and building a reputation that generates referrals over time

Apply if this sounds like you:

  • You have your license or are close to getting it

  • You are coachable and ready to follow a proven system

  • You enjoy talking to people and building genuine relationships

  • You want flexibility, independence, and income that reflects your effort

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

High commission split. Flexible schedule. Part-time welcome.

Apply now, and we will be in touch quickly.

Compensation:

$102,400 - $192,500 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage daily with potential buyers and sellers, building genuine relationships that foster trust and open communication.

  • Schedule and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and market knowledge.

  • Utilize our proven systems to manage client pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress tracking.

  • Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Collaborate with team members to share strategies and support each other's growth and success.

  • Maintain an organized database of client interactions, enabling you to deliver personalized service and track your achievements.

  • Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for clients and our team.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to maintain accurate client records and track progress.
