Job description

Responsible for database integrity. Creates and maintains accurate donor and prospective donor files including constituency records and demographic data, tagging of attributes, solicitor and all other coding required. Develops, produces and distributes reports and queries as directed. In collaboration with Foundation Leadership develops analytical reports and tools to monitor all aspects of Foundation operations. Is a resource to the Foundation staff on all database matters including Raiser's Edge training. Provides staff support day/evening to perform specific duties as assigned for special events and other special projects. Position also provides assistance in project coordination with BHSF I.T., Giving Society and others to support the Foundation's strategic growth plan. 

Estimated salary range for this position is $58494.88 - $74288.50 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:
  • Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Raisers Edge experience required.
  • Previous database management experience (5 years minimum) with proven ability to create custom queries and reports, good technical skills, good critical thinking skills with excellent attention to details.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Must have the ability to work independently with only general guidance and to prioritize in a multi-faceted position with time sensitive functions where accuracy is paramount.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
