Job description

Who you work with matters.

We are looking for motivated individuals in the South Bay who want to start their path into real estate with professional guidance, practical training, and a clear plan for becoming productive while working toward earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to learn the business from experienced professionals while completing the steps required to become licensed.

You will begin with state approved prelicensing education while also developing an understanding of what successful agents do to create business. You will be introduced to prospecting, relationship building, client communication, follow up, and the daily activities that can help turn a new real estate license into an active career.

The goal is to prepare you for more than the licensing exam. As you progress, you will learn how agents generate opportunities, organize prospective clients, understand the local market, and develop productive routines that can help you enter the business with greater confidence and direction.

Once licensed, you will have the opportunity to continue developing alongside experienced South Bay real estate professionals. Coaching, accountability, proven systems, and hands on experience will help you strengthen your skills as you begin working with real clients and creating your own pipeline.

If you are ready to earn your real estate license and learn how to turn it into a productive long term business, apply today.
