Job description

The Bloomington Bison are looking for energetic and motivated local college students for our 2026-27 Ticket Sales internship program. We aim to provide our interns with rich sports industry experience and help to prepare them for their future opportunities. Please read through the description thoroughly and apply if it sounds like the right fit for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate leads and identify new customers
  • Maintain electronic account records for the customer relationship management database
  • Attend and perform various duties at all Bloomington Bison home games
  • Attend and perform various duties at Bloomington Bison Ticket Sales and related events
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed
  • Collect, analyze, enter, and report data as required

Skills and Requirements
  • Completion for college credit preferred
  • Must be able to work in office
  • Being able to stay on until season end in April is preferred
  • Must be able to work effectively with little to no supervision
  • Must be able to troubleshoot in response to challenges
  • Must have excellent communication skills and act as a team ambassador with every interaction
  • Must have excellent strong personal organizational skills

*Please note: Interns are paid $50 for game day shifts, though office hours and community events are unpaid. This is not a remote opportunity, must be local to the Bloomington area during the season.
