As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and optimize the recruitment process, bringing extensive expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient hiring processes while collaborating with department leaders to meet workforce needs. The ideal candidate will drive employer branding efforts, enhance candidate experience, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
• Develop plans and champion strategies to support recruitment efforts at all levels in the organization.
• Assist in the branding strategy execution to attract talent to the company (billboards, website, career fairs, intern/co-op programs, etc.).
• Manages company college relations and intern programs.
• Monitor and support plant level recruiting efforts as needed.
• Assist with writing recruitment advertisements for posting in internet, and other recruiting sources.
• Assists with recruiting and screening of candidates for employment, conducting reference checks, and processing of offer letters.
• Assisting with preparation and post job postings.
• Analyze Required to Operate (RTO) metrics on a weekly/daily basis, provide methods for improvement.
• Assist with creation and review of job descriptions and maintain continuity for company.
• Oversee bi-yearly updates to Talent Acquisition Playbooks.
• Provide interim, on-site plant support as needed.
• Oversee and guide the recruitment team, including recruiters and 3rd party contractors.
• Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members and plant recruiting resources.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business goals.
• Monitor hiring metrics (ex. Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire) and optimize recruitment processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations, laws, and various HR processes (recruiting, organization development, leadership development, etc.).
• Strong employee relations, problem resolution, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Effective and professional communication across multiple formats (email, telephone, documents, presentations).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database).
This salary-exempt role is a part of our human resources team and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Required experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university studying business administration, human resource management, or any other applicable course of study.
  • Five (5) years plus talent acquisition experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM preferred.
  • Recruiting Interface Systems at an intermediate level a plus.
  • UKG Pro HRIS at an intermediate level a plus.
