Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Automation Engineer to evaluate and enhance the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing performance frameworks, executing large-scale tests, and driving system optimization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute end-to-end performance and load testing for complex applications
  • Create robust test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Analyze system behavior under stress and recommend performance improvements
  • Log, track, and validate resolution of performance bottlenecks and defects
  • Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
  • Build and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to performance engineering best practices and process improvements

Required Qualifications:
