Job description

Position title: Database Analyst II

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Clearance required: TS/SCI

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the development of database projects.
  • Demonstrate experience with DBMS design, system analysis and programming, current operating systems software internals, data manipulation techniques and languages, and current DBMS technologies.
  • Plan and budget staff and data resources.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
  • Monitor performance, and evaluate areas to improve efficiency. 
  • Associates of Science or Arts OR 2-year technical school plus 10 years relevant technical experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field plus 8 years of relevant technical experience.
