Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Rogers, Arkansas (On-site, 5 days/week)


Overview:

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team in Rogers, Arkansas. This role is ideal for someone with early career experience who is eager to apply data modeling and analytics skills in a client-facing environment within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and support data models to drive insights for category management and CPG clients
  • Work with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
  • Analyze datasets to support assortment planning and category performance
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with implementation and support teams under the direction of senior leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of category management or CPG data/retail analytics is a MUST
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Ability to work directly with customers and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with C#
  • Exposure to assortment planning or retail analytics
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science; BYU or similar programs a plus)
