Our products consist of New England Coffee, French Market Coffee, Luzianne Iced Tea, Blue Plate Mayonnaise, Swans Down Cake Flour, Tiger Sauce, and Carroll Shelby Chiliย (to name a few) and can be found in foodservice and retail locations around the country.

The Master Data Specialist at Reily Foods is responsible for maintaining and updating critical product information across various systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities

  • This role involves creating and managing well-structured data flows and processes, ensuring effective data integration within the organization, and participating in projects aimed at continuous improvement
  • The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple high-priority tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new business tools and processes while focused on meeting critical deadlines
  • Steward master data set-ups of new products and their components in multiple systems ensuring data integrity and optimization of data workflows
  • Managing and processing change requests related to master data
  • Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will affect all master data
  • Align with cross functional teams to validate accurate set-up of all new products to trigger ERP/MRP systems
  • Identify, design, and plan projects to update data accuracy/integrity
