Position Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will join a high-impact team where analytics, data modeling, and business strategy intersect to drive meaningful outcomes. This role is designed for a self-starter, ownership-driven professional who wants to move beyond reporting to influence decisions, improve processes, and unlock business value. At HEW, you will have the opportunity to shape scalable analytics solutions, elevate data maturity, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the business.

  • Partner with functions to understand their processes to determine optimal DA solutions
  • Own end-to-end analytics project delivery, managing requirements, deployment, and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI reports, Fabric solutions, and semantic models aligned to best practices
  • Translate business needs into structured, reusable analytics solutions and standardized data logic with documentation
  • Identify gaps in reporting, data models, and processes, and implement scalable improvements
  • Challenge existing solutions and drive efficiency through automation, optimization, and AI-driven approaches
  • Drive solution adoption through trusted advisory, training, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies, modeling standards, and best practices while enabling future AI capabilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, data, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a matrixed, project-based environment
  • Strong ownership mindset—takes initiative, follows through, and delivers results with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and proactively solve business problems
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of analytics solutions
Business and Technical Skill (required)
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking

Technical Skill (preferred)
