Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to support data-driven decision-making and program performance initiatives within DHS, DoD, and/or USCG environments. This role will focus on advanced data analysis, performance measurement, data consolidation across multiple systems, and the development and maintenance of tools that improve data quality and operational insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with federal data systems such as SAM, FSMS, and SharePoint, along with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
