ABOUT THIS JOB


We’re looking for a driven Account Manager Assistant to join our team at Trend where marketing and relationships are our top priority.

Ideal candidates will have passion learning about marketing and technology and how it pertains to Trend and its partners. Appetite for growth is essential. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Being a quick learner with a strong technical aptitude will ensure success in this role.


ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist marketing team with daily tasks.

  • Being a point of contact relating to client concerns, needs and optimizations.

  • Learning to understand Lead Generation industry and service offerings of Trend.

  • Learning to understand how ad creatives and marketing data work together to improve campaign results.

  • Identify current and potential business opportunities within each client account.

  • Participant in teamwork with a growth mindset.

  • Work with internal teams to meet goals and increase profitability.

  • Complete onboarding process and paperwork for clients.

  • Pulling reports and compiling data based on KPI’s.

  • Utilizing our proprietary platform along with other platforms for any tech integrations and customizations.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Team oriented but can be an independent player.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other productivity applications.

  • Basic coding skills such as HTML.

  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to derive insights and support decision-making processes.

  • College degree preferred, not required.

  • Being meticulous and thorough in handling data, documentation, and client information to avoid errors and ensure accuracy.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing situations, and proposing effective solutions to address client needs and challenges.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology can be beneficial for tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
