They are seeking a Data Analyst in the Data Intelligence team to lead the design and implementation of reporting and analytics capabilities for Finance and Accounting, driving data-driven decision making across the organization.

โ€ข Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to the future state strategies of data enablement and self-service.
โ€ข Create presentation/visualization of data to see beyond the numbers while transforming raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
โ€ข Identify, adopt, and evangelize data analysis best practices and technical standards.
โ€ข Advocate for and identify creative implementations to optimize business impact.
โ€ข Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teamsโ€™ knowledge is shared and applied.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving the finance and accounting business functions.
โ€ข A passion for building remarkable things with data.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to be a data storyteller and can go deep in building data visualizations and reporting using third party tools (Tableau and PowerBI).
โ€ข Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.
โ€ข Proficiency working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process and translate them to data and create/evaluate associated KPIs.
โ€ข Experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir and data modeling.
โ€ข Experience with agile project execution and business tools such as Jira & ServiceNow.
โ€ข Have excellent communication and leadership skills and can unpack complex problems in order to find solutions.
โ€ข Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request.
โ€ข Positive & creative problem solving in the face of data challenges.
