The Manager, Wireless Hardware will be part of the BI Analytics team and will lead the Wireless Hardware reporting portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Reporting & Analytics, the successful candidate will leverage strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of hardware reporting.

Working closely with Finance, IT, Equipment, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders, the Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Wireless Hardware database, supporting month-end and financial reporting processes, and driving hardware reporting solutions for strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will also need to develop a deep understanding of hardware data architecture, process flows, reference tables, and IFRS impacts, while leading continuous improvements for hardware portfolio.

What you'll do:
ย Maintain the wireless hardware database acting as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure consistent reporting
ย Evaluate and develop recommendations for improvements needed related to database and overall reporting processes
ย Establish clear and direct links between the hardware database and IFRS
ย Influence and drive decisions that support department and organization objectives
ย Represent BI and the hardware database in cross-functional meetings
ย Enhance processes that improve overall quality and efficiency

What you bring:
ย Undergraduate University Degree
ย 5+ years of experience in a progressive Business Analytics/Financial Reporting role
ย Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
ย Proficiency with SQL and Databricks and ability to write/analyze code for errors.
ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ย Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with peers and directors, as the role is dependent on information provided by cross-functional teams
ย Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise written reports
ย Ability to independently manage and organize multiple work activities in order to meet or exceed established deadlines and priorities.
