Data Management: Assess, design, and develop enterprise data warehouses and data integration solutions to provide clients with a comprehensive data solution to address their reporting, analysis, and decision-making needs. This business first approach incorporates the development of data mapping and data integration processes to improve existing systems and build new ones.
Data Analytics and Insight: Turn existing data into valuable business insights through automated tools and processes for collecting, storing, and visualizing critical benchmarks, including creating advanced analytics utilizing Python and R.
Data Audits and Process Improvement: Assess current data processes, create a tactical roadmap to implement process improvement, and create tools that identify, score, and improve data quality, reliability, and visibility.

Expectations:
Serve as subject matter expert on Microsoft BI stack, demonstrating platform capabilities and promoting application of toolset to address business needs and maximize the value realized from technology investment.
Participate in the systems development process, including planning and monitoring systems development efforts, coordinating activities with other groups, reviewing deliverables and communicating status to management.
Lead and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Architect, implement, deploy, and support data models and pipelines in an Azure environment.
Proficient in SQL and database design.
Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to develop effective, technology-enabled solutions to address client challenges, including thoughtfully evaluating outputs from new tools and technologies.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively simplify and communicate complex concepts stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across skillsets and geographies. Strong interpersonal skills and team building
Adaptability: Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and applying them to help solve problems.

Travel: Willingness to travel 60% or more annually.
Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Experience in: Python, R, Visio, Data Integration, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Create proof of concepts as necessary for architectural vision, strategy, and tool evaluation.
Document, diagram, and present complex/technical material that can be understood by a non-technical audience.
Create and deploy accurate client architecture and analyses in relatively short period of time.
Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following majors.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.
