What You'll Do:
Working alongside our Creative Director and an experienced team of designers, you'll help shape creative work for national brands across a wide range of projects.
  • Develop creative concepts from idea to execution.
  • Design premium packaging, branded merchandise, retail experiences, print, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Present work confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Production to ensure every idea is beautifully executed.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
  • Explore new materials, technologies, AI tools, and production techniques to continually push creative thinking.
  • Create compelling presentations, brand systems, and visual storytelling that inspire clients and elevate brands.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
