Job Description:

We at TBWA look to uncover key business insights and solve complex problems with the power of data.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; find and analyze appropriate data sources and provide data-driven solutions to key business problems
Help build, maintain and improve the data pipelines and data warehouses that power the team's reporting and analysis
Support the development and maintenance of media optimization models - e.g. market mix models and media investment planning - working alongside senior analysts
Help maintain and enhance existing machine learning models, and monitor and analyze their performance on an ongoing basis
Contribute to audience and ad campaign planning and measurement solutions on a proprietary data platform
Work closely with media, strategy and creative teams in an agency setup to provide overall data analytics support for planning and executing media campaigns
Develop and maintain strategic business performance Tableau dashboards
Analyze competitive landscape and provide regular share of voice and share of market analyses and projections
Explain results of complex data solutions and advanced models to a broad business audience through data visualization and executive presentations
Ideal Candidate would have:University Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics /Statistics / Engineering /Operations Research or a quantitative field
Must Haves
Curiosity and attention to detail
2-3 years of experience in data analytics or data science, ideally in a media or marketing environment
Fluency in SQL and Python & MS Excel
Fluency with data, analytics, and visualization technologies (we use SQL, Python, Tableau)
Nice to haves
Experience in media agency or marketing is a strong plus
Knowledge of media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and other forms of ROI modeling
Experience with Google Marketing Products (GA360/4, DV360, SA360, GOOGLE ADS, CM360)
