The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Data Administrator to join our national marketing team and support the collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing, communications, and business development information across the firm. Working closely with our marketing and communications teams, this role will help ensure that the project, pursuit, client, contact, and relationship information within Deltek Vantagepoint is accurate, complete, consistent, and useful.

This position will be responsible for gathering information from proposals, project teams, marketing materials, business development activities, and other sources and translating it into well-organized, searchable data within Vantagepoint. Responsibilities will include creating and updating project and pursuit records; maintaining client, contact, and relationship information; researching and filling gaps in existing data; reviewing records for accuracy and consistency; and helping establish standards for how marketing information is collected and maintained across the firm.

The Marketing Data Administrator will partner closely with the marketing, communications, and information technology teams to capture information as projects and pursuits evolve, including project descriptions, team information, awards, and other details that support proposals, communications, business development, and firmwide reporting. The position will also help maintain connections between Vantagepoint and related marketing platforms, support recurring data audits and reporting, and identify opportunities to make data collection more efficient and reliable.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, data coordination, CRM administration, business development support, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, information systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and experience working with CRM or structured data systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to collect, review, organize, and reconcile information from multiple sources
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Collaborative communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working across marketing, communications, business development, and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
  • Experience with OpenAsset or another digital asset management system
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools
  • Experience maintaining project, pursuit, client, contact, or business development data and supporting data quality standards
