The Geospatial Solutions Architect supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by designing and implementing geospatial visualization solutions ensuring integration with operational dashboards and cloud-based platforms. This role oversees GIS tool implementation, geospatial data processing, and AI/ML integration for geospatial applications. This future opportunity is contingent upon award. Job Description
• The Geospatial Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining geospatial data visualization solutions that integrate with cloud-based platforms.
• The position requires developing operational dashboards leveraging GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source geospatial platforms.
• Architects will optimize geospatial data layers for real-time analytics and cross-domain information sharing.
• The role includes overseeing the integration of geospatial AI/ML models ensuring accuracy and alignment with mission requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience
The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field; or
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in geospatial architecture. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
• Developing GIS solutions using ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
• Integrating geospatial data into cloud-based applications.
• Spatial analysis and remote sensing.
• Geospatial AI/ML applications.
• Developing operational dashboards with GIS integration. Required Skills and Competencies
• Expertise in GIS tools, geospatial data processing, and mapping services.
• Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, and open-source geospatial platforms.
• Proficiency in spatial analysis and remote sensing interpretation.
• Strong understanding of geospatial AI/ML applications.
