The Senior Data Analyst, CAR-T Ops & Analytics is accountable for the continued delivery of real-time, recurring, and ad hoc CARVYTKI data for specific stakeholders and use cases. This position will be responsible for providing stakeholders with customer-specific trends and to document shifts in customer behavior based on specific operational actions the team is taking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engages proactively with stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to solve problems through data visualization, data science and/or AI

  • Serve as the Business Product Owner for the CARVYKTI Order Fulfillment Digital Twin system, defining long-term strategy and executing scenario-based planning using the tool

  • Serve as the Business Product Owner for internal applications supporting the Commercial Operations & Analytics team and NEST team, focused within the PowerApp technology

  • Identifies opportunities for AI automation and implementation within the data and analytics processes and products

  • Connects quantitative metric-driven insights and qualitative field insights to drive actionable wins for customers

  • Leads data visualization and/or AI-based projects to enable key stakeholders to drive actions from analytical insights

  • Completes recurring reporting needs for stakeholder teams including field-facing and internal teams

  • Fulfills ad hoc data requests from key stakeholders in compliance with data governance

  • Provide training and support for use of data, dashboards, and visualizations

  • Through analysis of data, stakeholder feedback, and VoC, identify opportunities and present findings to drive operational improvements

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 5 years of data analytics experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

  • Ability to understand key business questions and provide summarized answers using a variety of data analysis or AI tools

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and team member is required

  • A deep desire to explore AI technologies and how to implement them

  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and/or other AI tools is required

  • Proficiency with PowerApps is recommended

  • Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and requests

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% travel

  • Prior healthcare marketing and/or customer-facing experience is preferred

  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
