Job description

Southeast Toyota is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to support our Parts Distribution Network in Jacksonville, Florida. This role partners with business and technology teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights that improve operational performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into intuitive dashboards and visualizations while helping drive innovation through Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric technologies.
The position in onsite in Jacksonville, FL and requires well-developed technical skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting and visualization requirements and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and related technologies.
  • Integrate, analyze, and model data from multiple systems and sources to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Analysts to build scalable reporting solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Diagnose and address issues related to data connectivity, data modeling, and visualization rendering
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
  • Support report maintenance, issue resolution, change management, and end-user training.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and organizational standards.
  • Contribute to Centers of Excellence (COEs) and promote analytics and reporting best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Understanding of data modeling, data connectivity, and analytics best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience creating technical documentation and delivering user support or training.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Business Unit systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance and information security practices and standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations is a plus.
  • Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
