Capco is looking for a Consultant, Data Validation to join our Technology & Engineering practice in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex data challenges, validating large datasets, and delivering high-quality insights for leading financial services clients.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of critical business data, enabling successful technology delivery and informed decision-making.

What You'll Do
  • Validate, analyse, and reconcile large and complex datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Investigate data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute data validation activities.
  • Produce clear documentation, reports, and insights that support project delivery and client outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in data quality processes, controls, and validation methodologies.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation and analysis.
