As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Functional Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
  • Support business and functional transformation projects by gathering requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and maintaining project deliverables
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and assist in developing recommendations to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience
  • Participate in testing activities, including test script development, execution, defect tracking, and validation of system or process changes
  • Prepare status updates, meeting materials, process documentation, and stakeholder communications for project teams and client discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation activities, issue resolution, and adoption of transformation initiatives

This role may support initiatives involving enterprise platforms, process optimization, and change adoption across a range of client environments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
  • 1+ year of experience supporting business process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives
  • 6+ months of experience with SAP
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, test scripts, or other project deliverables
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a business environment
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing, defect tracking, or deployment activities
  • Experience with process mapping or requirements documentation tools
  • Experience working on cross-functional project teams
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing project environments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,700 to $127,600.
