Data Domain Architect [Multiple Positions Available]

Design and optimize NLU and conversational AI for the Chase Digital Assistant. Lead intent/entity taxonomy, improve training datasets and model F1/intent recognition, conduct conversational analysis, guide annotation and evaluation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to deploy and scale NLU capabilities and best practices.
