Job Description Summary:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to production of user reports, data collection, advertisement, collecting money, ordering supplies, troubleshooting and or contacting outside vendors for equipment and software issues. Responsibilities also include issuing ID badges, training staff on the use of the ID system, developing and maintaining user manuals. This position also provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll and all other OhioHealth Departments badges involving ID badges related issues.
Responsibilities And Duties:
70%
Issues ID badges, confirms authorization for assigning restricted access to badge holders, fingerprinting, collects and deposits money. Resolves ID badge user access issues and or ID badge related issues
20%
Provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll and all other OhioHealth Departments reference ID badge production, special projects, questions and concerns.
10%
Troubleshoots ID badge equipment and software. Train new staff, creates and maintain user manuals. Orders ID center supplies.
