Indotronix is seeking an Hybrid, Onsite Job: Data Solution Architect 4, Renton, WA / St. Louis, MO
 
Shift: First, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Hybrid – onsite as needed

Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience
 
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
Designs, develops, maintains and optimizes internal company data architecture for complex databases / data warehouse required to operate the business. Completes data modelling for acquisition and database implementation collaborating with different stakeholders. Applies data extraction, transformation and loading techniques in order to connect large and complex data sets from a variety of sources. Leads creation of data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data and solves complex data problems to generate features required by data scientists. Leads activities to develop and maintain complex infrastructure systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) including data access APIs. Analyzes and manages complex data. Guides other data and analytics professionals on data standards and practices. Creates a culture of sharing, reuse, design for scale stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytics solutions. Leads build of repeatable data pipelines across complex multi- and hybrid-cloud environments. Leverages Automation & CI/CD extensively for scalability, repeatability, and reuse.
Architecture & Design
• Design end-to-end data architectures including ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption layers
• Develop scripts for data extraction from legacy system to a SaaS solution
• Define data models, schemas, and integration patterns for structured and unstructured data
• Select appropriate technologies for data platforms (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of data solutions
Stakeholder & Requirements Management
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand data needs and use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design artifacts
• Act as a trusted advisor on data capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Delivery & Enablement
• Guide data engineers and developers during implementation
• Review solution designs, code, and deployment approaches
• Support production releases and ongoing optimization
Strategy & Innovation
• Contribute to enterprise data strategy and roadmap
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Promote reuse, standardization, and architectural consistency
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture roles
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms
• Experience designing scalable, distributed data systems
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling techniques
• Familiar with Oracle Database
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
