Job Description:

Lead pricing strategy and price book management for key OEM accounts, translating business priorities into profitable growth, margin expansion, and long-term customer value. Drive strategic pricing decisions through financial modeling, market insights, and cross-functional alignment while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will build financial models, evaluate investment and pricing tradeoffs, and generate actionable insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions. You will partner closely with customers, sales, finance, category management, and executive leadership to align pricing strategy with business objectives, operational execution, and customer success.

Management Level Definition:

Lead workstreams, align cross-functional teams, and apply sound judgment to drive clear recommendations and disciplined execution. Own decisions, navigate ambiguity, and escalate strategically when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic business analysis to identify growth opportunities, improve profitability, and support executive decision-making.
  • Develop advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate pricing strategies, investments, and opportunities.
  • Drive the planning lifecycle from assumptions and inputs through approval, execution, and readout.
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and data-driven decision support.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements to develop forward-looking pricing and business strategies.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and alignment on priorities, expectations, and business needs.
  • Own customer pricing governance, including pricing frameworks, approval processes, margin optimization, and price book strategy.
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, pricing governance, and business performance.
  • Translate corporate strategy into disciplined pricing execution while balancing customer advocacy, financial goals, and stakeholder alignment.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, pricing, or a related function.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect market trends, customer requirements, and financial performance to business decisions.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations and compelling business narratives.
  • Learn quickly, adapt to new methods, and apply insights to practical business challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, financial analysis, and business intelligence tools.
