Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support Laboratory Informatics platforms and scientific instrument integrations. Develop and maintain data integration, data movement, and laboratory data pipeline solutions. Configure and manage SMB/CIFS, NFS, and AWS storage services (S3, EFS, FSx, EBS). Create and maintain SDLC, validation documentation, SOPs, and GxP compliance artifacts. Troubleshoot storage, integration, networking, and operational issues in regulated environments. Develop automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
