Position Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Data Scientist at Deltek, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges. You will work with large, diverse datasets to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build predictive models using classification, regression, clustering, and time series techniques to address business needs.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights in large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Create features from structured and unstructured data; apply feature engineering to enhance model performance.

  • Develop and validate models using train/test splits, cross-validation, and appropriate evaluation metrics.

The U.S. salary range for this position is $76,000.00-$134,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
