As a member of our Product Management Team, you will drive AI product innovation and delivery of our solutions in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), as you collaborate with our Product teams, Data Scientists and Development teams to delight internal and external customers.

We are an Agile development organization. As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and guiding the delivery of our integrated AI-powered GRC platform. You will work closely with your Data Science and Engineering partners to align roadmaps, prioritize product requirements, review technical specifications, machine learning architecture, networking plans, and participate in security, scalability, and infrastructure activities, all while keeping the teams focused on delivering what matters most.

What You Will Do:

  • Bridge the gap between product development, AI technology, and our business strategy; serving as an AI product evangelist and subject matter expert for the technical/developer community
  • Research and analyze the market and meet user needs efficiently. Work across the NAVEX platform and product organization to incorporate AI into all of our products, learning and translating customer needs into AI product requirements
  • Discover, understand and confirm the quality and ethical sourcing of data. Ask the right questions, identify good data, and follow data privacy rules
  • Develop specific market analyses and product initiatives that use AI to maximize the value customers get from NAVEX One
  • Understand the potential ethical and societal consequences related to AI and be prepared to address these issues when implementing AI solutions
  • Apply your understanding of AI's limitations and challenges
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use AI-powered products, explaining AI clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work with internal teams to ensure AI projects meet expectations
  • Stay abreast of AI trends and assess new AI technologies for potential use
  • Monitor competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
  • Address technical risks related to AI algorithms and models
  • Analyze data pipelines, machine learning algorithms, and automated systems. Utilize AI techniques for data analysis, performance evaluation, and experimentation
  • Define success criteria for AI testing and product acceptance, facilitating the creation and maintenance of comprehensive AI product documentation

What You Will Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field from an accredited university or college
  • 8+ years of direct experience in a Product Management role, with the majority of that for an AI-powered SaaS provider
  • Basic understanding of how AI algorithm’s function, their strengths, and limitations
  • Basic understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data science, and be familiar with AI technology
  • Experience in Agile software development and a continuous delivery environment
  • Ability to rapidly acquire and assimilate information within the AI product domain, and effectively communicate and execute on the AI product roadmap vision
  • Experience in leading remote or geographically dispersed AI teams
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks in the AI product development process
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while working cross-functionally to solve AI-related business problems and achieve business goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to collaborate with individuals at various levels with diverse backgrounds
