RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and big data technologies, along with the ability to solve complex problems and predict future trends.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand organizational challenges, translate data into meaningful insights, and deliver scalable data-driven solutions. The Senior Data Scientist will lead end-to-end data science initiatives?from data collection and model development to deployment and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience in fields such as economics, engineering, or physics)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • 6?8 years of experience leading and executing data science projects, preferably in areas such as risk modeling, real-time analytics, performance optimization, or quality assessment
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, MATLAB, or similar
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and NoSQL or Hadoop-based database technologies
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Spark, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and/or image processing techniques
  • Experience working with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience working across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, including containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS)

  • Strong documentation and project management skills
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required at contract start
