The IT Manager, Application and Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the support, development, integration, and optimization of business applications and reporting solutions across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, operations, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure systems and data solutions support business goals, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.

The position oversees application management, business intelligence tools, data reporting, system enhancements, vendor coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application Management

  • Manage and support core business applications, including ERP, MES, reporting, and departmental systems.
  • Oversee application configuration, upgrades, integrations, testing, documentation, and user support.
  • Partner with business teams to identify system improvements and process automation opportunities.
  • Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.


Business Intelligence and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications
