Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Data Scientist Manager to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and build scalable models that drive business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, hands-on coding in Python and SQL, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, validation, and deployment of predictive and statistical models to solve key business problems
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data using Python, SQL, and relevant ML/AI frameworks
  • Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests), interpret results, and recommend data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define analytics goals and influence strategy
  • Build dashboards or self-service tools to scale insights across the business
  • Document analytical approaches and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, contributing to best practices and code reviews
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related roles
  • Advanced Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and ML (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)
  • Expert-level SQL for complex data querying and transformation
  • Proven experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques in production
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.
  • Experience with analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data

Compensation Range: $91,800- $119,300. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
