Job description

Lead Biotech Production Coordinator

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Lead Biotech Production Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team.

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by coordinating inventory, documentation, production scheduling, sampling activities, and compliance-related processes while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and cross-functional partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & Where:

  • Location: Rensselaer, New York
  • Shift Requirements: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm -10:30pm
  • Other Requirements: Ability to support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate, review, and manage manufacturing documentation throughout its lifecycle.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through routine reviews, investigations, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare progress reports and track key performance indicators to support operational goals.
  • Coordinate material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production activities.
  • Review and support sampling requests and manufacturing documentation prior to operations.
  • Evaluate and initiate deviations and other compliance-related events.
  • Analyze Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Practice (GxP) data to support manufacturing decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and other functional groups to drive efficient operations.
  • Provide leadership support, including employee training coordination, timesheet review, and performance feedback activities.

  • Work in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, data sources, documentation, and reports.
  • Combination of office-based coordination activities and support of manufacturing operations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-2+ years of related experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or project management.
  • Experience supporting investigations, compliance activities, and manufacturing documentation.
