Position Overview

CCR Media is the engine behind modern media. We build cutting-edge technology that captures and connects streaming and broadcast content across thousands of channels worldwide. Our platforms power the world’s leading media measurement, analytics, and technology companies by delivering real-time data, global scale, and the infrastructure required to innovate in today’s streaming-first ecosystem. Our clients are some of the largest Media Measurement, Media Analytics and Consumer Electronics companies in the world.

The Director of Product Management – Streaming will lead the refinement and execution of CCR Media’s strategy to develop a content analytics and optimization platform that will underpin streaming measurement for the industry. This role is responsible for defining and building a recommendation engine which will determine the most important content to enable clients to fingerprint and measures across major streaming platforms; with the goal of maximizing measurable coverage and improving the ACR match rates for leading TV OEM platforms.

This leader will design and operate a data-driven optimization framework that continuously analyzes viewing data from TV OEM platforms to refine and prioritize the streaming content CCR enables clients to analyze and measure. Sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and client service, the Director will leverage their network and deep understanding of the rapidly evolving streaming ecosystem to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. They will then use this knowledge to create scalable, high-impact products that strengthen CCR Media’s capabilities and industry leadership.

What You’ll Accomplish

Streaming Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Own the strategy and execution of CCR Media’s streaming content measurement optimization framework; focused on improving effective match rates across OEM ACR platforms
  • Develop and manage a close-loop, data-driven optimization model that continuously analyzes performance data and adjusts content capture priorities to maximize measurable coverage
  • Define and evolve streaming app and content cohort prioritization strategies, ensuring operational teams have clear guidelines, service-level expectations and execution frameworks
  • Balance premier content capture and backlog depth to maximize detection lift and measurable signal coverage across the streaming ecosystem
  • Allocate and optimize daily fingerprinting capacity across prioritized content cohorts to maximize measurement impact
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics, detection lift, and match-rate trends to identify drivers of improvement and areas for further optimization
  • Continuously refine the content recommendation engine and prioritization models using real performance data and feedback loops
  • Leverage external industry datasets and popularity signals to inform content prioritization strategies

Streaming Data & Measurement Optimization

  • Translate OEM viewing data and detection analytics into actionable product insights that improve measurement coverage and fingerprinting efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to increase match rates by optimizing content selection, capture timing, content retention policies and fingerprinting workflows
  • Evaluate performance drivers and reallocate operational resources based on lift per hour and measurable detection improvements
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to scale automation, analytics, and optimization models supporting CCR Media’s streaming measurement platform

Streaming Capture & Ingestion Operations Oversight

  • Oversee the operational frameworks responsible for streaming content harvesting, ingestion, and fingerprint generation across streaming apps and linear environments
  • Ensure operational teams execute daily harvesting activities aligned with Product-defined content strategy and prioritization models
  • Establish scalable workflows for content harvesting, ingestion, and fingerprint validation across multiple streaming platforms
  • Ensure time-sensitive programming, including premieres, live sports, and major streaming events meet strict SLA targets (including sub-hour ingestion windows)
  • Monitor operational performance, SLA adherence, and ingestion throughput, escalating risks and resolving issues to maintain platform reliability

Cross Functional Product Leadership

  • Serve as the product owner and strategic lead bridging product strategy, engineering, data science, and client stakeholders
  • Translate evolving dynamics within the streaming ecosystem into scalable product capabilities that strengthen CCR Media’s measurement platform
  • Partner with client teams and OEM partners to ensure CCR Media’s solutions deliver high-quality, scalable detection coverage across streaming platforms
  • Build internal visibility through operational dashboards, ingestion logs, and performance reporting that provide transparency into optimization performance and platform health
