POSITION OVERVIEW

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real business priorities within Human Resources. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast-paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork.

This internship is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11–12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Pendleton location.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Human Resources
  • Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions
  • Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
  • Present project findings, recommendations, or results

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Candidates with or working toward a BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED

  • Exposure to HRIS platforms, recruiting and onboarding processes, employee engagement, training, or employment compliance
  • Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
