Be an ML Engineer & Make a Difference in Healthcare (US Remote-First with Nashville Option) Join TailorCare and use machine learning to improve chronic pain treatment!

TailorCare is on a mission to transform specialty care for joint, back, and muscle conditions. We use data science to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelorโ€™s in CS, engineering, or similar (3+ years of experience preferred).
  • Experience as an ML engineer, data scientist, or data engineer (3+ years a plus).
  • Python or Scala pro with machine learning skills (scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.) (2+ years).
  • Familiarity with DNNs, LLMs, and data pipelines is a plus.
  • A scientific approach, engineering mindset, and focus on building simple solutions.
Bonus Points for:
  • Experience with healthcare data and Databricks.
  • CI/CD process knowledge (GitHub).

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions.
