We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations in a manufacturing facility focused on industrial equipment. This role involves managing production to ensure high-quality output, safety, and efficiency while leading teams and driving improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, cost-effective production
  • Develop schedules and monitor processes to minimize downtime

Qualifications:
