In this role, you will apply advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to explore large, complex datasets for unknown trends and patterns regarding customer behavior, product performance, and operation efficiency to develop predictive models and support decision-making processes while adhering to the highest standards of security and confidentiality. You have a unique talent for finding answers to questions our customers never thought to ask by analyzing data in new ways. to solve complex problems in a variety of domains. Responsibilities * Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that will inform business strategies and decisions
* Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
* Use statistical methods, data mining, and machine learning to uncover trends and patterns within the data
* Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with all security protocols and confidentiality requirements, adhering to industry standards and internal policies
* Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through advanced data-driven insights
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts Basic Qualifications US Citizenship Required Active Secret Security Clearance * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
* Two to five years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related data analysis role
* Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis
* Working knowledge in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
* Machine Learning experience
* Working knowledge and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholder
* Experience working with Atlassian product and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
* If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment is offered Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Experience working with classified government data or in a defense-related environment
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and data processing tools
* Continued education and knowledge of current and emerging AL/ML technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
* Experience with DevOps practices and version control (Git, GitHub)
